in Lucerne, Switzerland in 1977, Euro-American Programs,
now known as Euro-American Tours, has steadily become
known as a leader in the specialized field of student
travel. For over a quarter of a century, the company has
used its vast resources to show teachers and students
a unique way to enjoy the many offerings of Europe, Asia,
South America, Africa, the South Pacific as well as specific
domestic U.S. destinations. Company President Tom Barnette,
is proud that by offering something other than pre-packaged,
regimented, catalog tours, a different kind of company
was created. Hence, Euro-American Tours, Inc. –
has become known as the company to call if a teacher or
school wants a custom-designed tour which is tailored
to their specific requirements.
Thus, with the birth of Euro-American came a new and
popular way of offering student tours. Teachers could
create a tour for any specific group, and Euro-American
had the contacts and resources in Europe, the U.S.A.
and around the world to provide just what teachers wanted.
The Company Founders knew that offering extraordinary
personal service and attention to detail would have
to be the number one priority.
Company President Tom Barnette personally oversees all
aspects of the operation and insists on understanding and
knowing the requirements of all schools and teachers.
Euro-American has been conducting tours this way for
over twenty-five successful years. We listen to the
needs of the teachers, then utilize our expertise to
develop a tour especially for them. Our experience with
day-to-day itineraries and scheduling assures the teacher
of a worry-free trip. Over a quarter century of research
allows us the knowledge and luxury of knowing what areas
to visit and what hotels to use.
